June 13, 2013 Sandy Springs -- Ashley Rathel, holding her daughter Dakotah, 14 months, makes her way into Brandon Mill Farms condominiums by flashlight Thursday evening June 13, 2013. Rathel was at dinner with her husband and daughter when Thursday's storm rolled through dropping a tree across the access to the condo complex.
